Content Management Systems are the link for the retailer to the on-line world. On-line platforms have now moved far beyond the WEB and now include mobile and social media. CMS combined with appropriate planning and processes create an asset to the traditional retailer if used correctly. Such tools are used extensively within the on-line world, which in many respects reflects these trader’s success. However, such tools are not the exclusive domain of the on-line retailers and need to be embraced by the bricks and mortar retailer to grow their business.
